Go Go Crawler is developed by Soteria Tech Solutions LLC. This policy explains what the app collects, what stays on your device, and what leaves it.
The short version: your health data stays on your phone. The app is fully playable offline and without an account. The only exception is described below under Social Features.
Go Go Crawler reads your step count and workout sessions from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), with your permission. This data is used to grant runs in the game and to credit workout quests.
This data is read only. The app never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Health data is stored on your device. Step counts, workout records, and everything derived from them are kept in local storage on your phone. They are not transmitted to us or to any third party, with the single exception below.
Health data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared for marketing purposes.
You can deny health permissions and still use the app. You will earn runs more slowly.
Go Go Crawler includes optional social features — friends, a depth leaderboard, shared step pacts, and challenges. These require creating an account. If you never create an account, nothing described in this section applies to you.
If you create an account, we collect and store on our servers:
Your daily step count is the only health-derived value that leaves your device, and only when you have an account. Raw health samples, individual workout records, and workout details are never transmitted.
This data is visible only to friends you have explicitly added. There is no public or global leaderboard.
Account data is stored with Supabase, our backend provider.
Go Go Crawler offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional content. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google. We never receive or store your payment details.
We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and determine whether you own the unlock. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase receipt.
If you enable notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver them. OneSignal receives a device token and, if you have an account, your account identifier. No health data is sent to OneSignal.
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Go Go Crawler does not use analytics or tracking software. We do not collect usage data, behavioral data, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprints. There are no third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
Go Go Crawler is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Deleting your data. If you created an account, you can request deletion by emailing the address below. Deleting your account removes your email, username, step records, leaderboard entry, run feed history, and pact and challenge data from our servers. Game progress stored on your device is unaffected.
Deleting the app. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data, including your character, progress, and any health data the app has read.
Revoking health access. You can withdraw health permissions at any time through Apple Health or Health Connect. The app continues to function.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change in the app.

Include the email address associated with your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Your email address, username, step records, leaderboard entry, run feed history, pact and challenge data, and banked gold.
Purchase records are retained by Apple and Google and are not held by us. Anonymous purchase receipts held by RevenueCat are retained as required for transaction records.
Progress is stored on your device and is not affected by account deletion. Uninstalling the app removes it.
