Why aren’t my steps showing up? Go Go Crawler reads steps from Apple Health. Check that permission is granted in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Go Go Crawler. Steps are counted from the moment the app was installed.
I bought the full game but the floors are locked. Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I earn runs? Banked steps buy runs. You also earn them from workout quests on the Adventure Board and from achievements.
How do I delete my account? Email the address above and we’ll remove your account data.
